Retail Account Manager
Location: Dewsbury, West Yorkshire
Full Time | Permanent
Jay-Be is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of high-quality sleep products and furniture, supplying many of the UK's best-known retailers.
We're looking for an ambitious Retail Account Manager to join our commercial team and support the continued growth of our national retail business.
Working alongside the National Account Manager, you'll help manage key customer relationships, support commercial planning and ensure excellent execution across our retail accounts. You'll also take responsibility for your own portfolio of customers, helping to identify growth opportunities and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned national and regional customer accounts.
- Support the National Account Manager with key retail accounts.
- Prepare sales reports, customer reviews and business presentations.
- Coordinate promotions, product launches and customer projects.
- Monitor customer performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing and account administration.
- Attend customer meetings and industry events.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in sales, account management or customer relationship management.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
- Experience within retail, manufacturing or consumer products would be advantageous.
- Travel will be required, so a full UK driving licence is necessary.
