For more information, please visit https://investors.luxexperience.com. What You Will Do LuxExperience is now seeking a talented Retail Media Manager to join the Team. Some of the essentials for you to know are: Act as a trusted partner for a portfolio of luxury brand advertisers, managing day-to-day communication and building long-term relationships through a deep understanding of their needs. Develop tailored retail media strategies and annual campaign plans that align with partner objectives whilst complementing existing initiatives. Confidently represent LuxExperience in client meetings, presenting performance insights, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations. Partner closely with the Media Operations team to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and excellent service. Analyze campaign performance, translate data into actionable insights, and demonstrate measurable ROI to partners. Support new business development, assisting with sales pitches, client presentations, and strategic materials. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and proactively pitch proposals to drive incremental revenue. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with 2+ years’ experience in digital advertising, retail media, or client account management. Strong communication and presentation skills — polished, confident, and comfortable representing LuxExperience to senior luxury brand partners. Commercially minded and consultative, able to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into actionable strategies. Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong grasp of campaign metrics, reporting, and performance tracking. Highly collaborative, with the ability to partner effectively across teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Customer-focused and proactive, combining strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution. Brings an understanding of the luxury goods and jewelry industry and a passion for digital innovation and media technology.
