The Role and Candidate

The Retail Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support to all POP MART UK retail stores, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves coordinating store requirements, managing supply orders, handling invoices, and assisting with general administrative tasks to support retail efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all retail administration activities for stores, ensuring timely support and resolution of queries.
  • Support stores with day-to-day operational needs, including ordering essential supplies and services.
  • Raise and process invoices for smaller goods and services in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of store orders, invoices, and administrative documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels of store consumables and coordinate replenishment.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, data entry, and filing related to retail operations.
  • Support new store openings or refurbishments with administrative coordination as required.
  • Provide general support to the retail team and contribute to improving store efficiency and processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and invoices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Experience in licensed merchandise, designer product VM, or collectible toys
  • Familiarity with the UK & Ireland retail market
  • Understanding of designer toy and collectible trends, particularly in the art toy market
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or Chinese is a plus but not required
