About The Role
As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for customers, helping them make informed decisions about our technology products while delivering outstanding service. This isn’t just about selling—it’s about building trust, empathy, and lasting customer relationships.
You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate of £13.45.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers choose from our range of products, including:
- Mobile phones & tablets
- SIM cards & accessories
- Broadband solutions
- TV & entertainment packages
- Guide customers in selecting the best price plan and setup for their lifestyle
- Confidently showcase new and existing technology, highlighting features like accessibility tools
- Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues efficiently and ensuring high satisfaction
- Support your team in achieving store targets and maintaining strong customer outcomes
Support You’ll Receive
- Induction: 30 hours (2 x 2-day sessions) covering product knowledge, systems, and customer experience
- Ongoing coaching & development to fuel your growth post-induction
- A collaborative retail team where shared success and learning are valued
