## About the Role
As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for customers seeking advice, guidance, and innovative solutions. Your role goes beyond sales—it’s about fostering trust, empathy, and ownership to deliver exceptional, personalised experiences. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate of £13.45.
## Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting from our range of products, including:
- Mobile phones & tablets
- SIMs & accessories
- Broadband & TV entertainment packages
- Help customers find the ideal price plan and setup tailored to their lifestyle.
- Demonstrate accessibility tools and new/existing technology features with confidence.
- Take ownership of customer queries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships.
- Collaborate with your team to meet store targets and deliver strong customer satisfaction.
## Support & Growth
- Induction: Start with 30 hours of training in your first two weeks (2 x 2-day sessions), covering:
- Product expertise
- Systems & customer experience
- Ongoing coaching and development to support long-term success.
