As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be the face customers trust for expert advice, guidance, and technology solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Help customers select from our range of products, including:
- Mobile phones & tablets
- SIMs & accessories
- Broadband packages
- TV & entertainment solutions
- Recommend tailored price plans and setups based on customers’ lifestyles.
- Confidently demonstrate cutting-edge technology, including accessibility tools.
- Own customer queries, resolve issues, and foster trust.
- Collaborate with your team to hit store targets and drive high satisfaction.
The Support You’ll Receive
- 2-week induction (30 hours) covering product knowledge, systems, and customer service.
- Continuous coaching and training to support long-term growth.
