About the Role
As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be the trusted guide for customers seeking advice, assistance, and tailored solutions for mobile phones, tablets, SIMs, broadband, accessories, and entertainment packages. More than just selling, this role is about building trust, showing empathy, and empowering customers to make informed, confident choices.
You’ll enjoy an industry-leading hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Help customers navigate our full product range, including mobile phones, tablets, SIMs, accessories, broadband, and TV packages.
- Assess customer needs and recommend the best price plans and setups tailored to their lifestyle.
- Confidently demo new and existing technology, including accessibility features to ensure customers understand the full capabilities.
- Own customer queries from start to finish, facilitating quick, trust-based resolutions.
- Contribute to store targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Work collaboratively within a team-focused environment, focusing on collective goals.
Support & Development
