About the Role
As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be the face of customer support, guiding clients through our extensive range of technology solutions—from mobile phones and tablets to broadband and entertainment packages.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Advise customers on product selection, including:
- Mobile phones, tablets, SIMs, accessories
- Broadband, TV, and entertainment packages
- Tailored price plans for individual lifestyles
- Demonstrate accessibility tools and new features to help customers make informed decisions
- Resolve queries with ownership, providing clear solutions while representing viral media o₂ values
- Collaborate as part of the team to meet store targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
