About the Role

As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be the face of customer support, guiding clients through our extensive range of technology solutions—from mobile phones and tablets to broadband and entertainment packages.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Advise customers on product selection, including:

  • Demonstrate accessibility tools and new features to help customers make informed decisions
  • Resolve queries with ownership, providing clear solutions while representing viral media o₂ values
  • Collaborate as part of the team to meet store targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
