About The Role
As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face customers turn to for advice, guidance, and solutions. Helping clients select and understand technology—from mobile phones to broadband and TV packages—goes beyond sales. It’s about building strong relationships, offering empathy, and ensuring they leave with confidence.
Why this role? While your work will cover sales and technical support, we’re equally committed to customer satisfaction and trust-building. You’ll receive:
- A competitive hourly rate of £13.45
- A location allowance of £1,350 (pro-rated where applicable)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Advise customers on our product range, including:
- Mobile phones & tablets
- SIM cards, accessories & broadband
- TV & entertainment packages
- Match lifestyle needs to the right price plan and setup
- Highlight technology innovations, including accessibility tools (e.g., screen readers, audio guides)
- Resolving customer queries promptly, placing trust at the heart of every interaction
- Work with your team to meet store goals and deliver exceptional customer service
Support & Growth
