## About the Role
As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them with advice, solutions, and support for technology products that keep them connected. More than just a sales role, it’s about building trust, empathy, and memorable experiences. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate of £13.45.
## Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Help customers select and purchase products like:
- Mobile phones, tablets, SIMs, and accessories
- Broadband and TV entertainment packages
- Match customers with the best price plans and setups for their needs
- Confidently demonstrate features, including accessibility tools
- Solve customer issues and offers ongoing support
- Collaborate with your team to meet store targets and improve customer satisfaction
## Training & Support
- Induction: Two 2-day sessions (30 hours total) in your first two weeks
- Covers product knowledge, systems, and customer experience
- Ongoing development: Structured coaching for continuous growth
- Team culture: Work in a close-knit environment with shared success and peer learning
