Retail Advisor – Glasgow Flexible Part-Time Role | Competitive Hourly Rate: £13.45


About the Role

As a Retail Advisor, you’ll build trust and deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding customers through their tech needs—whether it’s mobile phones, tablets, broadband or entertainment packages. This role isn’t just about sales; it’s about advice, empathy, and turning queries into lasting satisfaction.


Day-to-Day Responsibilities

You’ll be empowered to:

  • Guide product selection – Mobile phones, tablets, SIMs, accessories and Virgin Media O₂’s TV packages.
  • Tailor solutions – Help customers choose the right price plans and setups for their lifestyle.
  • Demonstrate technology – Confidently showcase new and existing features, including accessibility tools.
  • Own customer interactions – Resolve inquiries and build trust through problem-solving.
  • Drive store performance – Collaborate with your team to meet sales targets and drive strong customer satisfaction scores.
