Retail Adviser – Vodafone Partner Store (Bracknell The Lexicon)
Location: Bracknell Salary: £13.45 per hour + uncapped commission Hours: 38 hours per week (may include weekends)
The Lexicon is looking for dedicated individuals with a passion for customer care. Our Vodafone Partner stores are independent franchises that provide opportunity to grow both personally and professionally within a well-known, trusted brand.

We are seeking a motivated and sales-oriented Retail Adviser to join the growing team at our Vodafone Bracknell – The Lexicon store.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging directly with clients, understanding their needs, and building trust.
- Create a memorable, personal experience for every shopper.
- Assist and resolve customer queries, issues, or concerns promptly during interactions.
- Uphold the reputation of Vodafone while fostering long-lasting client relationships.
