About The Role
As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be the trusted expert customers rely on for advice, guidance, and solutions. Your role isn’t just about sales—it’s about building trust, empathy, and memorable experiences while supporting partners to stay connected. You’ll earn a competitive hourly rate of £13.45.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll assist customers in selecting and understanding our full range of products and services, including:

Devices and Connectivity:
- Mobile phones & tablets
- SIM cards, accessories, & broadband
- TV entertainment packages

Tailoring Solutions:
- Recommend the right price plans and setups for different lifestyles
- Confidently demonstrate new and existing technology (e.g., accessibility tools)

Problem-Solving:
- Take ownership of customer queries and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting store targets

Collaboration:
- Work as part of a tight-knit team to drive collective success
- Learn and share best practices to enhance the retail experience
Support & Growth
- Induction: Starts immediately with six days of structured training (30 hours total) covering:
- Product knowledge
- Systems and processes
- Customer experience principles
