About the role

As a Retail Advisor, you’ll be part of a positive, knowledgeable and supportive retail team, helping to deliver a welcoming and inclusive experience for every customer. This role requires flexibility, as retail operations are busiest during key trading periods.

You’ll be expected to work across weekdays and weekends, including matchdays, Bank Holidays and peak trading events such as kit launches. Shift patterns will be shared in advance wherever possible to support work–life balance.

What you’ll do

  • Provide a friendly, helpful and inclusive service to every customer, ensuring they feel welcome and supported
  • Work a variety of shifts across weekdays, weekends, matchdays and Bank Holidays, supporting the needs of the store during peak periods
  • Maintain high standards across the shop floor, including stock replenishment and visual presentation
  • Build and maintain knowledge of our products to confidently support customers with information and guidance
  • Deliver quality and efficient service during busy trading periods, including matchdays and product launches
  • Support stock handling both front and back of house, taking care of all products

About you

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are available to work flexibly, including weekdays, weekends, matchdays and Bank Holidays
  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and colleagues
  • Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Are reliable, organised and take pride in their work
