Job Title: Retail & Affiliates Executive
Work Level: £35,000 - £40,000 + up to 15% bonus + bens
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract to 9/1/27
Location: Chancery Lane (EC4Y 0HA) or Dunstable (LU5 5XE), hybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Role Overview
Are you a commercially minded digital marketer looking to make a real impact? Join Premier Inn’s dynamic Performance Marketing team, where you’ll take ownership of exciting, revenue-driving channels and help shape the future of both our hotel and retail businesses.
In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the growth of our Premier Inn at Home retail offering alongside our affiliate marketing channel, directly influencing product sales, customer acquisition, and hotel occupancy. You won’t just manage campaigns, you’ll own performance, test new ideas, and drive innovation in a highly visible role with measurable impact.

Minimum Criteria
- Deep understanding of Retail marketing and Affiliate marketing
- Demonstrable experience in a digital marketing role with specific focus on the retail industry
- Experience managing agencies or if from an agency background, media/campaign planning
- Highly analytical and data driven with proven skills in analysis and reporting
- Understanding of the digital media mix and full-funnel marketing
