Key Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Deliver amazing customer service; understand customer needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Deliver thoughtful and bespoke artistry services to our customers.
  • Attend all brand product and artistry training.
  • Drive and deliver on sales targets.
  • Act as an outstanding brand ambassador.
  • Ensure all customers leave knowing about the Lisa Eldridge story, values and products.
  • Follow the brand’s grooming standards.
  • Ensure you are a supportive team player.

Skills required for this role:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Makeup artistry qualification is a bonus
  • Proof of right to live and work in the UK
