Retail Assistant – Primark, Epsom

Company Description Location: Primark Epsom Pay rate: £13.71 per hour Employment type: Fixed term (4 weeks) Job type: Part time Contracted hours: 4-20 hours per week Shift pattern:

  • Option 1: Saturday 09:00–18:30, Sunday 13:00–17:00, Monday 13:30–18:30, Tuesday 13:30–18:30 OR Tuesday 10:00–14:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00
  • Option 2: Sunday 07:00–11:00, Saturday 06:00–10:00 OR Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday 06:00–10:00

Responsibilities

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional customer experiences. Your day-to-day includes:

  • Delivering unmatched customer service:
    • Assisting with sizing, styling, purchases, and returns.
    • Creating a visually appealing store environment with tidy fitting rooms and well-stocked shelves.
  • Ensuring smooth transactions:
    • Processing sales, voids, and customer queries efficiently at till points.
  • Maintaining operational excellence:
    • Receiving, unpacking, and cataloguing new deliveries.
    • Pricing products correctly and ensuring they meet brand standards.
