Kaboom Cards UK is one of the UK’s leading trading card retailers, specialising in Pokémon, One Piece, Sports Cards and a wide range of other TCGs. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable TCG Retail Assistant to join our growing team.
While Pokémon and One Piece knowledge is essential, experience with other trading card games is a big advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service in-store.
- Assist customers with Pokémon, One Piece and other TCG products.
- Buy, trade and value trading card collections.
- Keep up to date with new releases, products and market trends.
- Process deliveries and replenish stock.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation.
- Assist with in-store events, tournaments and product launches.
- Help with online order fulfilment when required.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has excellent knowledge of Pokémon and One Piece TCG.
- Has an interest in other TCGs such as Magic: The Gathering, Disney Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Star Wars Unlimited and more.
- Is passionate about the trading card hobby.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is reliable, organised and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Is available to work weekends.

Desirable
- Previous hobby or retail experience.
- Experience buying, selling or collecting trading cards.
- Knowledge of grading companies such as PSA.
- Comfortable creating content for social media or appearing on live streams.
