Responsibilities
As our Retail Assistant, you’ll drive customer satisfaction every single day:
- Sales & Service:
- Assisting customers with product enquiries, sizes/styles, purchases, and returns.
- Delivering a fast and friendly experience at the till, including handling queries and returns.
- Shop Execution:
- Maintaining an inviting, organised display: full shelves, tidied fitting rooms, and a visually appealing sales floor showcasing the latest trends.
- Operations:
- Receive, unpack, and verify new deliveries.
- Price and prepare products for sale, ensuring 100% compliance with retail standards.
- Ambassadorship:
- Be the face of Primark’s brand values: friendliness, efficiency, and style.
