Retail Assistant
Retail Assistant (Part-Time, 16 Hours/Week)

The Role
As a **Retail Assistant (part-time, 16 hours/week), you’ll play a vital role in serving customers, representing a major brand, and helping shape a positive customer experience. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment with opportunities to progress.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer service excellence: Ensure customers receive an easy, seamless, personalised experience with friendly, engaging interactions
- Product knowledge & service: Be confident in discussing our services and natural, engaging consultations with customers
- Brand representation: Maintain a positive brand image through professionalism, friendliness, and immersive service
- Cash handling: Process transactions, operate the POS system, and comply with cash management procedures
- Compliance & safety: Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and company policies
