Retail Assistant
Retail Assistant (Part-Time) – 20 Hours Per Week
About the Role
We’re seeking a Retail Assistant to become the welcoming face of our brand—delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a seamless experience in a fast-paced, High Street environment. You’ll join a passionate team that takes great pride in both service and their people, with opportunities to progress, grow, and thrive in a supportive working culture.
Contract: 20 hours per week (evenings, 6 days per week, **mon Solar>.
Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Deliver seamless, personalised customer service, greeting all visitors with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Provide knowledgeable, proactive assistance – engaging naturally with customers while maintaining our brand’s high standards.
- Represent our brand with professionalism, upholding a positive visual and service identity.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the cash register efficiently.
- Strictly comply with Health & Safety guidelines while upholding company policies.

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:

- Demonstrates strong timekeeping and reliability, including maintaining a consistent shift pattern as outlined below:

Monday: Evening Tuesday: Evening Wednesday: Evening Thursday: Evening Friday: Evening Saturday: Evening Sunday: Evenings (depending on venue demand)
