Retail Assistant – At the Heart of Screwfix

Opening Hours

  • Monday–Friday: 7am – 8pm
  • Saturday: 7am – 6pm
  • Sunday: 9am – 4pm

Responsibilities

What’s it like to be a Retail Assistant?

  • Host to customers: Greet them warmly, understand their needs, and guide them efficiently toward the products that solve their challenges.
  • Warehouse standards: Support with deliveries, manage stock, collect customer orders, and maintain high-quality service and standards.
  • Team player: Join a group of colleagues who take pride in their store, collaborate, and enjoy the journey together.
