Retail Assistant – Fixed Term Contract (12 Months) – Primark West Bromwich

Location & Details

  • Location: Primark West Bromwich
  • Salary: £13.00 per hour
  • Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (End Date: 12-09-2026)
  • Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week
  • Shift Pattern: Varied (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)—discussed at interview.

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll deliver outstanding in-store service every day:

  • Assist customers with purchases: checking sizes, styles, returns, and payments.
  • Maintain a well-presented shop floor—/tidy fitting rooms, stocked shelves, and an appealing sales floor.
  • Provide fast, friendly service at till points, handling transactions, queries, voids, and returns efficiently.
  • Receive, unpack, and check deliveries—getting products on the sales floor promptly and accurately priced.
  • Uphold high standards of presentation and tidiness.
