Retail Assistant
Retail Sales Assistant – St Helens Superstore (Temporary)
We are seeking hardworking and enthusiastic individuals who enjoy meeting people and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll work in a fast-paced retail environment, helping our members enjoy the shopping experience they deserve.
Previous retail experience is welcome but not essential—training will be provided.

Location & Shift Details
- Location: Company Shop, Lancots Lane, Sutton Fold, St Helens, WA9 3EX
- Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour (paid bi-weekly, 4-week cycle)
- Hours: 12 hours per week, 3 days/week (rotating schedule)
- Monday–Friday: 6am–10pm
- Saturday: 6am–8pm
- Sunday: 6am–6pm
Ready to accept evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming, efficient manner
- Provide product advice and meet member needs
- Work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Assist with stock management and store operations
- Maintain a professional, customer-focused attitude
