RETAIL ASSISTANT
Retail Assistant (Primark Winchester) – Part-Time, Fixed Term (3 Months)
Location & Terms
- Location: Primark Winchester
- Pay: £13.00 per hour
- Employment Type: Fixed Term contract (3 months)
- Hours: Part-time (8–20 hours per week)
- Shift Pattern: Varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. Full flexibility across all seven days is required. Shift patterns will be discussed during the interview.

Job Description
What You’ll Do
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll make a difference every day by delivering exceptional customer service. This is a key role that shapes the Primark experience. You’ll:

Give our customers an outstanding day-by-day experience Offer expert help with sizing, styling suggestions, purchases and returns to ensure they get the very best.

Create an inviting, well-stocked shop floor Ensure full shelves, clean and tidy fitting rooms, and an unmissable sales floor that shines with our latest looks.

Drive a fast, friendly checkout process Handle all transactions smoothly, including queries, voids and returns with a smile.

Get stock ready for shoppers Unpack, check and organise new deliveries efficiently, ensuring products are priced correctly and meet our high standards.
