Retail Assistant
Retail Assistant – Part-Time (30 Hours Per Week)
"Bring your spark to Defence" – Join a dynamic, customer-focused team as a Retail Assistant at Defence, part of Compass Group UK&I’s ESS division, supporting UK military establishments, government sites, and energy sector facilities.
About the Role
Defence is seeking a friendly, customer-obsessed professional to deliver exceptional service on a part-time basis (Contracted. Important: This role is contracted to XXX weeks per year).

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless, personalised service experience to our customers
- Offer knowledgeable, engaging support about our offerings
- Maintain a positive brand image and act as the face of Defence
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Comply with Health and Safety policies
