Retail Assistant (Athlete) 20H Liverpool Edge Lane

Role: Retail Assistant (Athlete) at Nike Liverpool Edge Lane

** Contract Type:** 20-hour contract, flexible to work overtime ** Availability:** Minimum 3 full days per week required


What You Bring

  • A passion for delivering an exceptional consumer service and premium brand experience to NIKE customers
  • Expertise in:
    • Supporting and enhancing the NIKE brand on the sales floor
    • Assisting retail leads and floor managers (“Coaches”) in training new employees
    • Operating cash registers, managing goods flow (incoming/outgoing), refreshing stock on the shop floor, and building visual NIKE displays
    • Using sales techniques to recommend and achieve targets through product recommendations
    • Bridging the gap between online and offline sales using digital tools to create seamless brand engagement
  • An enthusiasm for sharing insights into NIKE products, services, and company culture with both consumers and new teammates
  • A commitment to continuous learning by engaging with NIKE’s tools, training courses, and staying updated on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and company developments

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Preferred: Customer service or retail experience
  • Excellent communicator, emblem of the NIKE brand, and collaborative teammate
  • Proven ability to apply product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Flexibility in scheduling (hours include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) aligned with store/department needs
