Role: Retail Assistant (Athlete) at Nike Liverpool Edge Lane
** Contract Type:** 20-hour contract, flexible to work overtime ** Availability:** Minimum 3 full days per week required
What You Bring
- A passion for delivering an exceptional consumer service and premium brand experience to NIKE customers
- Expertise in:
- Supporting and enhancing the NIKE brand on the sales floor
- Assisting retail leads and floor managers (“Coaches”) in training new employees
- Operating cash registers, managing goods flow (incoming/outgoing), refreshing stock on the shop floor, and building visual NIKE displays
- Using sales techniques to recommend and achieve targets through product recommendations
- Bridging the gap between online and offline sales using digital tools to create seamless brand engagement
- An enthusiasm for sharing insights into NIKE products, services, and company culture with both consumers and new teammates
- A commitment to continuous learning by engaging with NIKE’s tools, training courses, and staying updated on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and company developments

Requirements & Qualifications
- Preferred: Customer service or retail experience
- Excellent communicator, emblem of the NIKE brand, and collaborative teammate
- Proven ability to apply product knowledge and sales techniques
- Flexibility in scheduling (hours include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays) aligned with store/department needs
