Retail Assistant (Athlete) – PT 30H – Talk

PART-TIME 30hrs Retail Assistant

About the Role NIKE Talks is seeking the next RETail Assistant to join their team and deliver world-class service to customers.

What You Bring

  • Expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge
  • Experience serving consumers to provide a premium brand experience
  • Support to retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees
  • Assisting various store departments, including:
    • Operating cash registers
    • Managing incoming/outgoing goods
    • Refilling products on the shop floor
    • Building visual displays
    • Recommend suitable products to meet sales targets
  • Knowledge for digital devices to bridge online and offline sales
  • Informing customers and teammates about NIKE products and services
  • Ongoing development through training courses in:
    • Sales trends
    • NIKE products
    • Services and culture

Requirements

  • Customer service and retail experience preferred
  • Strong effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate
  • Ability to apply product sales techniques
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including:
    • Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed
