Retail Assistant (Athlete) – PT 30H – Talk

PART-TIME (30hrs) Retail Assistant Nike Talkie


About the Role

Nike Talkie is seeking the next Retail Assistant to join our team, delivering exceptional consumer service and driving sales through a premium NIKE brand experience.


What You Bring

  • Expertise in exceptional consumer service and deep knowledge of NIKE products
  • Passion for enhancing customer experiences and contributing to a world-class retail environment
  • Support in training new employees alongside retail leads and Floor Managers (Coaches)
  • Hands-on involvement in supporting departments such as:
    • Operating cash registers
    • Managing incoming and outgoing goods
    • Restocking and visual merchandising on the sales floor
    • Building effective product displays
  • Utilising digital tools to bridge online and offline sales opportunities
  • Ability to inform shoppers and team members about NIKE products and services
  • Commitment to continuous learning via training courses, staying updated on sales trends and brand insights

Qualifications &Experience

  • Preferred: Retail or customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a brand ambassador
  • Demonstrated product knowledge and sales techniques
  • Flexible scheduling for any of the following:
    • Day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
    • Must-align availability with store operational needs

Availability

Required:

  • Availability for flexible store hours
  • Weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) mandatory
