+ PART-TIME 8hrs Retail Assistant (Coach Underling) – Nike Talke

What You Bring

  • Exceptional customer service experience: A passion for ensuring every consumer raves about their Nike experience.
  • Product knowledge: Deep understanding of the NIKE brand, its products, and its competitive edge in the market.
  • Team and training leadership: Assisting floor managers (Coaches) by mentoring new employees.
  • Retail versatility: Whether you’re operating the cash register, managing inventory, or setting up merchanise displays, you’re all-rounded and proactive.
  • Digital savvy: Leveraging online tools to bridge the gap between offline and online sales, creating seamless shopping experiences.
  • Educational initiative: Mentoring consumers and teammates about NIKE products and services while continually upskilling yourself through internal resources.
  • Business acumen: Consistently staying updated on sales trends and using insights to drive performance.

Qualifications & Expectations

  • Preferred: Experience in customer service or retail.
  • Must be an effective communicator, a strong brand ambassador, and a collaborative teammate.
  • Demonstrated skills in product sales techniques.
  • Flexibility is key—open to varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as scheduling demands.
