Retail Assistant – Full Time (39 hours/5 days)
Location: Fort William/An Gearasdan, Highland Hours: 39 hours across 5 days per week (with flexible availability including weekends) Pay: £10.95–£12.81 per hour (depending on age)
About the Role
We’re looking to recruit a new Retail Assistant for our shop in Fort William/An Gearasdan, Highland. This is a permanent full-time position working a variety of shifts across the week.
This job is both Critical and intense, requiring a friendly, adaptable, and hard-working individual. You’ll be an essential part of our team, delivering a legendary customer service experience.
Your Responsibilities
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll:
- Greet customers with a welcoming smile and warm greeting.
- Guide customers to find the items they need efficiently.
- Provide fast, friendly service at the till, assisting with bagging and leaving a memorable (and happy) goodbye.
- Handle stock with care and efficiency, including:
- Receiving and unpacking deliveries.
- Storing products in freezers and shelves.
- Maintaining high stock rotation standards.
- Support your team to keep the shop safe, clean, and organised daily.

- Ages 16–20: £10.95/hour
