About You
We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Retail Assistant Manager to cover maternity leave at our Magherafelt store.

You must demonstrate:

- Ideally, retail experience, but we welcome other relevant backgrounds.
- Strong communicative skills and the ability to remain calm and professional, even under pressure.
About The Role
Safety is our top priority—all team members must follow store guidelines at all times.
As a successful Retail Assistant Manager, you will:
- Support the Store Manager in leading, motivating, and covering the store when needed.
- Cultivate a culture of excellent customer service, meeting performance targets, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Take a hands-on approach to manage operational and commercial activities.
- Ensure store security by following procedures including keyholding, and promoting adherence among team members.
