Customer Focused Retail Assistant – Aberdeen Showroom

IOLLA is a Scottish-based, direct-to-consumer, independent retailer of high-quality, in-house-designed eyewear, enjoyed around the world through our online and physical spaces.

Our mission is to become the most popular prescription eyewear brand globally, and we want you to help us achieve it! We’re hiring a passionate, customer-focused, and driven retail assistant to support our new Aberdeen showroom.


About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be based in our vibrant, stunning Aberdeen showroom, supporting all aspects of daily operations.

Customer Experience ✨

  • Provide every customer with an outstanding and inspirational brand experience
  • Share the IOLLA story and offer tailored solutions to meet eyewear needs
  • Recommend IOLLA products with confidence and enthusiasm

Showroom Operations 🏬

  • Assist with opening/closing checklists
  • Manage stock levels and health & safety compliance

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or optical retail (preferred but not essential)
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communicator, with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Weekend availability for showroom operations
