IOLLA

IOLLA is a Scottish based, direct to consumer, independent retailer of high quality eyewear; designed in house and enjoyed worldwide through our online and physical spaces.

Our mission is to become the most popular prescription eyewear brand wherever we are, and we want you to help get us there! We are on the look out for customer focused, passionate and driven retail assistants to support our beautiful St James Quarter and Bruntsfield Showrooms!

What You Will Do

At IOLLA, we work differently; we have an understanding that every member of our community will strive for excellence and be an ambassador in bringing the IOLLA values and mission to life. Our mission is for our customers to look and feel great!

  • Customer Experience: Provide each customer with an outstanding and inspirational brand experience. You will share the IOLLA story and provide customers with tailored solutions to their eyewear needs, recommending IOLLA products with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Optics: You will help our customers with all things optical - from understanding their prescription to helping them select frames that best suit their needs and style (whilst looking great at the same time!). Our stylists learn all things aftercare, too - truly offering a seamless customer experience.
  • Brand: Drive brand awareness across the local community and beyond, helping to build IOLLA's customer base. Maintain exceptional brand standards across all areas - visual displays, service levels and product knowledge.
  • Pop Ups & Events: Support with office pop ups, showroom happenings and events to help drive brand awareness. Be pro-active at networking and building positive relationships with IOLLA customers and brand partners.
  • Operations: Support with all aspects of showroom operations; opening and closing checklists, stock management, H&S.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
