Retail Assistant – Part-Time (Wavertree, Liverpool)

Hours & Schedule
- 16 hours per week across 4 days
- Monday–Saturday (weekday evenings, full Saturdays/Sundays)
- Commitment: fixed rota planning 3 weeks in advance, flexible to cover holiday shifts

Pay & Benefits Hourly rate: £10.95–£12.81/hour (dependent on age):
- Ages 16–20: £10.95/hour
- Ages 21+: £12.81/hour

About the Role
To deliver a friendly retail experience, we are seeking a retail assistant (part-time) for our shop in Wavertree, Liverpool. This role blends customer service, stock handling and teamwork.
As one of our assistants, you’ll:
- Welcome shoppers with warmth (helping them locate items, assisting at checkout)
- Process fast + friendly till services, offering packing help
- Handle stock deliveries, freeze/shelf restocking for customer purchases
- Work with your team to maintain stores (tidy, safe, clean)
Requirements & Qualities
- A kind, energetic, team player with pride in service
- Comfortable with high-pressure environments (continuous activity)
- Values reliability—this is central to team morale
- Displays flexibility for coverage shifts (holiday rota prioritises respect but adjustments may occur)
