Retail Assistant – Shop in Brownhills, West Midlands
Hours: 16 hours per week across 4 days (minimum) Pay: £10.95–£12.81 per hour (depending on age)

About the Role
We are seeking a permanent, part-time Retail Assistant for our Brownhills store. Perfect for students, parents or those looking for flexible work, this position offers shifts across a mix of weekdays and weekends.

Your hourly rate depends on your age:
- Ages 16-20: £10.95/hour
- Ages 21+: £12.81/hour

Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll:
✅ Greet customers warmly, offering assistance and great service ✅ Help shoppers locate products and speed up checkout processes ✅ Pack bags courteously and ensure a polished, efficient stockroom operation ✅ Handle deliveries, stock efficiently, and maintain store cleanliness ✅ Collaborate with the team to fulfil daily weekly tasks ✅ Uphold safety and hygiene standards
