Retail Assistant
Sales Assistant – Based at Leicester Superstore (Company Shop)
Are you hardworking, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? We’re looking for individuals with a can-do attitude to join Company Shop Group (CSG), part of Biffa—the UK’s largest redistributor of surplus food and household products, helping to create a greener, more sustainable future.
Location: Company Shop Leicester Unit 5, Leicester Business Park, Leicester, LE3 1UT
Salary: £12.75 per hour, paid on a 4-weekly basis
About the Role
You’ll work as part of a busy, dynamic team in a retail environment, where every customer interaction matters. While previous retail experience is helpful, full training will be provided. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy meeting people, and prioritise exceptional customer service for our members.

Details of Location & Shift Patterns
Vacancy A
- Hours: 16/week (4 days per week on rota basis)
- Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 8:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
- Sunday: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm
Vacancy B
- Hours: 16/week (4 days per week on rota basis)
- Working Hours: 6:00 am – 10:00 pm (Monday to Sunday)
Important Notes
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays included
- Flexibility and reliability are essential
