Customer Tech Enthusiast Needed – Retail Assistant (PRS& Samsung, Leicester)
Location: Samsung Experience Store, Leicester
Payment:
- Standard pay: £13.45/hour
- Bonus potential: Up to 20% Contract: 40 hours/week (5 days)

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the bridge between Samsung’s innovations and customers, ensuring they leave with inspiring experiences and a deeper connection to the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Training & Support Help customers unlock the full potential of their Samsung devices. Globally.
- Exceptional Service Be the warm, knowledgeable face of Samsung—exceeding expectations with every interaction.
- Product Sales Highlight Samsung’s must-haves and seed next-gen devices, driving sales organically.
- Basic Device Repairs (L1) Resolve common tech issues to keep customers happy.
- Store Standards & Organisation Maintain an inviting, spotless space that mirrors Samsung’s brand image.
- Health & Safety Compliance Prioritise customer and colleague well-being.
- Upskill Continuously Stay ahead of Samsung’s ecosystem for premium service.
