What You’ll Do
- Lead by example, delivering an unparalleled Sunglass Hut customer experience.
- Build a high-energy, feel-good culture where teams flourish.
- Coach, motivate, and develop your team to surpass sales targets and celebrate successes.
- Assist with daily store operations, stepping in for the Store Manager when needed.
- Help drive talent recruitment, embodying personality, confidence, and style.
