Retail Assistant United Square/ VivoCity (Full Time)
We’re Hiring: Full-Time Retail Assistant
Location: United Square/ VivoCity
Working Days: 5 days/week (including 2 weekends)
Hours: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM (includes a 2-hour break)
Salary: $2,300 – $2,500/month + Performance Bonus
Staff Benefits: Annual leave, child care leave, and medical benefits
What You’ll Do
- Deliver friendly and attentive customer service
- Assist in baby gear cleaning (strollers, car seats, etc.) as part of our in-store service
- Uphold the PramWash brand with a neat appearance and professional conduct
- Manage deliveries and customer collections
- Handle POS systems and cashiering duties
- Support in-store marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
- Perform other retail duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Prior retail experience preferred (training will be provided)
- Able to work independently and manage the store solo on weekdays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
- Responsible, motivated, and eager to learn
