Retail Assistant – Primark, Craigavon


Company Description

Location: Primark 469 Craigavon Pay rate: £13.11 per hour Employment type: Permanent Job type: Part-time only Contracted hours: 8-12 hours per week Shift pattern: Various shifts (including late nights and weekends – confirmed at interview).

What You’ll Do

As a Retail Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience. Daily tasks include:

  • Assisting customers with fitting advice, purchases, returns, and queries.
  • Setting up an inviting store environment with tidy fitting rooms, fully stocked shelves, and a visually appealing sales floor.
  • Providing efficient and friendly service at till points, handling payments, voids, and returns professionally.
  • Managing incoming deliveries—receiving, unpacking, checking stock, and ensuring products meet our high standards (correct pricing, presentation, etc.).
