Here at moto, we’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly people looking to get stuck in and join our awesome team, delivering WHSmith’s handy range of travel essentials and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome
- Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers expect
- Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset
- Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays for maximum product availability
- Ensuring your workspace and store remain clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Maintaining supervision of our adult gaming areas
- Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork
- Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for
- Helping prepare the store for the following day’s trade
