Retailing Associate – New Balance

We're looking for associates who can develop with us as we continue growing as a brand. Key Duties

To drive both personal and store success, you’ll:

  • Achieve personal KPIs while contributing to strong store performance
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience, guiding customers from their first impression through to checkout
  • Maximise store profitability by following company protocols
  • Uphold health, safety, and environmental standards in our stores
  • Follow guidance from store management to support operational needs
