MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Achieve personal KPIs and contribute to overall store performance
- Ensure total customer satisfaction across the entire customer journey:
- From the moment a customer enters the store
- Throughout their experience in-store
- Right until they leave
- Help maintain the store’s commercial success while adhering to company guidelines
- Follow and uphold company policies and procedures
- Maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in-store
- Perform duties as required by the management team

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Proven customer service expertise
- A passion for retail and sales—you thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and personal development
- Ability to perform basic maths and understand general retail operations
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
