Senior Customer Experience Manager (Retail Stores) – New Balance

About the Role

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Achieve personal KPIs while driving overall store performance
- Provide total customer satisfaction by guiding customers through their end-to-end journey—from store entry to checkout.
- Ensure store compliance with commercial standards and company guidelines
- Adhere strictly to company’s policies, procedures, health, safety, and environmental protocols
- Assist management with additional duties as required

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS
We’re looking for a team player with:
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Passion for retail and sales
- A desire to learn and grow
- Ability to perform basic maths and retail operational processes confidently
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
