Retail Associate (38 hours) - Bicester Village

Senior Customer Experience Manager (Retail Stores) – New Balance

About the Role

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Achieve personal KPIs while driving overall store performance
  • Provide total customer satisfaction by guiding customers through their end-to-end journey—from store entry to checkout.
  • Ensure store compliance with commercial standards and company guidelines
  • Adhere strictly to company’s policies, procedures, health, safety, and environmental protocols
  • Assist management with additional duties as required

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

We’re looking for a team player with:

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Passion for retail and sales
  • A desire to learn and grow
  • Ability to perform basic maths and retail operational processes confidently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Commitment to working a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
