Main Accountabilities
To ensure personal and team success while contributing to overall store performance:
- Achieve personal KPIs
- Deliver total customer satisfaction through the full customer journey—entering to leaving the store
- Optimise store operations to ensure commercial effectiveness while adhering to company guidelines
- Follow health, safety, and environmental standards at all times
- Comply with company policies and procedures
- Complete additional duties assigned by management
