Retail Associate – Inventory (Part-Time)
Starting Wage: $17.50 - $23.00 The hourly rate range is based on actual ranges for employees who currently hold a comparable position

What You’ll Do

Inventory Tasks:
- Count and record retail inventory using handheld technology.
- Ensure high accuracy and pay close attention to detail.

Performance &earnings:
- Meet productivity benchmarks to unlock performance-based pay and overtime opportunities.

Field Assignments:
- Travel to retail locations for on-site counting.

This Is an Active Role
Expect a physically engagement position: ✔ Standing and walking for prolonged durations ✔ Bending, kneeling, squatting, and reaching ✔ Ladders for overhead inventory checks ✔ Lifting/carrying items up to 25 lbs. ✔ Fast-paced expectations in retail settings.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Minimum requirements:
- At least 18 years old.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and attendance.
