What You’ll Do
As a Retail Associate, you’ll be the heart of our store, ensuring customers feel valued and leave with a smile. Your duties may include:
- Creating a welcoming environment: Greet customers with warmth, help them find what they need, and make their shopping experience exceptional
- Handling customer service & sales: From the check-out counter to assisting in fitting rooms and maintaining store layouts, you’ll support customers and speed up transactions
- Hands-on retail operations: Help behind the scenes—restocking, cleaning, and keeping spaces bright and inviting
- Collaborating as a team: Work closely with colleagues to meet sales targets, meet shopper needs, and build a positive retail experience
