What You’ll Do
At TK Maxx, you’ll contribute to the customer experience by:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere—greeting customers with warmth, assisting with their needs, and helping create a positive, memorable shopping journey.
- Performing a diverse range of tasks, including:
- Cashier duties
- Fitting room assistance
- Backroom support
- Cleaning and store maintenance
- Participating in learning and development programs to build skills and expand knowledge.
- Collaborating with a supportive team to achieve ambitious goals and deliver exceptional service.
