What You’ll Do
Our Retail Associates play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience. As part of the team, you’ll contribute to:
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere by greeting customers warmly, assisting their needs, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Acknowledging a variety of tasks, including:
- Cashier duties
- Fitting room assistance
- Backroom support
- Keeping the store clean and inviting
- Seizing injury opportunities for professional growth, including participation in learning and development programs to build your skills.
- Being an engaged, valued team member, collaborating to achieve shared goals.
